The Special Prosecution Office has taken over the dismantling of communications in "Matrix".
At the end of last year, an operation was carried out where the servers of the encrypted platform, similar to "SkyECC", were seized. But it seems that the data is ready and SPAK has confirmed today that it has begun cooperation with Dutch authorities to obtain the messages.
SPAK sent the file against former MP Jurgis Çyrbja, who was also a user of the "Matrix" platform, for trial today. SPAK has secured his messages with other people, but not only them. The prosecution reports that there were correspondences between several "Matrix" users.
" The analysis of the communications of the encrypted platforms "SkyECC" and "Matrix" has resulted in the defendant, Jurgis Çyrbja, being elected as a deputy of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania during the period under investigation (in the 2017-2021 legislature), but also being elected as a deputy in the 2021-2025 legislature, until the moment of submitting his resignation (October 9, 2024)...
During the period under investigation, this defendant had a close friendly relationship with the defendant, Altin Hajri, (a person internationally wanted for committing very serious criminal offenses). In the interests of this criminal proceeding, it has been possible to execute a letter of request addressed to the Dutch justice authorities for several users of the encrypted platform "Matrix" , SPAK states.
But what will the unraveling of "The Matrix" bring?
In Albania, among the first to admit to using it was Nuredin Dumani, who said he received orders for assassinations there. He also mentioned Suel Çela.
" During the communication I had with Suel Çela at "Matrix", he gave me a contact of a friend of his, who was interested in eliminating the owner of the "Wilson" school. He gave me the contact of this person and I spoke with this person for a few days, and he asked me to eliminate the owner of the "Wilson" school for the amount of 150,000 Euros. He had sent me some photos, the garage of the apartment (which had different entrances and exits), in the Blloku area, a photo of the person who owned the school, a photo where he was together with his wife and son in a restaurant. I initially asked him for 200,000 Euros to carry out this job ," he said.
So, in our country this application is used massively and the moment the conversations come out, we could have an earthquake in politics, justice and the world of crime. This earthquake could even be many times stronger than the one caused by "Sky Ecc".
The reason is simple. The conversations on "Sky Ecc" took place until 2021. After this period there is an information blackout. So, thanks to "Sky Ecc", SPAK has uncovered numerous murders and crimes that occurred up to 3 years ago, but there are no conversations for the period 2022-2024. Meanwhile, there have been many major criminal events during this period. The assassinations during the years 2022-2023 have shaken the country to its foundations. From the murder of Brilant Martinaj to the disappearance of Vis Martinaj. Light can also be shed on the fate of Talo Çela, who is also said to have disappeared.
Many criminal groups, after the closure of "Sky Ecc", moved to "Matrix" and the murder and trafficking deals continued there. "Matrix" has been functional so far and everything that has been communicated there, including video, audio and photos, will be released.
But the signals are that we will also have the names of politicians, police officers, judges and prosecutors there. Even since SPAK started working, many people in power no longer speak on "WhatssApp" or "Messenger". Everyone uses encrypted applications for fear of being intercepted, including "Matrix". So thanks to Europol's action, many criminal events that have occurred in the last 3 years will be revealed and many names, both criminal and political, may emerge. /Pamphlet
