Journalist Enton Abilekaj has commented on SPAK's actions towards former Prime Minister Berisha.
He said that SPAK has been ordered to go to the parliament to ask for the security measure against Berisha as they had nothing else to do and according to him "the measure was left in their hands".
"What Kraja said in the parliament that we will continue the investigation, under these conditions why was a security measure requested for Berisha, compulsory appearance which is the easiest measure for a man who appears every day on the screen and handing over a passport to a man who he is the leader of the opposition, they have a problem, it seems to me that he runs away and leaves the opposition on the road.
Now they go to parliament in a parliamentary republic SPAK goes as it has not sent to parliament a request for the restriction of freedom such as handing over the passport, if we were a functional parliamentary republic it would have to return the request to SPAK as it did not there is evidence to put him under house arrest. SPAK went there ordered by the parliament to go and ask for the measure since the measure remained in your hand and since if they did not have this guarantee they would not go to the committee because they would be bluffing.
