Analyst Lorenc Vangjeli has analyzed recent events related to justice and politics.
Commenting on SPAK's request for Berisha's house arrest for passive corruption in the 'Partizani' affair, he stated that there are several reasons why the former prime minister did not appear from the beginning when the 'compulsion to appear' measure was assigned to him.
Vangjeli stated that Berisha was afraid of the fact that if he were to appear at the SPAK, it would be only the beginning of many other cases for which the investigation could begin against him, such as January 21, Gërdeci, etc.
"I believe that Berisha considers this file of the Partizani case as an aperitif, because the menu of public doubts about Berisha is many times heavier than the soil that supports 17 towers. There is no weight heavier than the soil of a grave. The heaviest and most immeasurable weight that has no other equivalent is the weight of the grave that we all take when we leave. By saying this, I am referring to the 4 graves opened on January 21 that have not yet received justice. The decision of the Strasbourg court is a guideline for justice. There are other doubts, half of the Albanians think that Berisha is involved in the Gërdec case or in countless other issues related to his long rule. Which have conditioned Berisha to choose such a path", said Vangjeli for "Report Tv".
