Lawyer Spartak Ngjela commented on the Democratic Party's protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Ngjela said that Berisha does not have numbers, while emphasizing that the essence of politics is the vote and popular support. He emphasized that politics is an interest that has often turned into pathology, which means into illness.
"Now they think that with the speeches they give there they realize themselves, no. The number shows that they have no strength in politics, in function of the vote, the primary thing is the number of voters, not the idea, you can have very big ideas, but you don't have a number of voters, it's over. It's about the vote, about the number, but that's the essence, the rest is poetry or so to speak an advertisement for yourself, I'm not talking about ideas, I'm not dealing with the analysis of ideas, with support, they have little support, I'm talking about popular support, they have little.
"Here's a test, let Rama call them tomorrow and see how many come from the other party. But why haven't these people had an administration, politics, it's an interest. Politics is an interest, politics is an interest, it's over, you have or don't have an interest and interest is very connected, then what is the interest, coming to power, so interest is taking power, but political power is not an ordinary desire, it has often turned into pathology, which means into illness, dictatorships have fallen, they go to dictatorships, power takes you there, that is, not power in the democratic sense, power in the personal sense", the lawyer told "Report TV".
According to Ngjela, the real support of citizens and the number of voters should be the main criteria for measuring the strength of any party. He added that with these numbers, Berisha cannot field even a single MP in the elections.
"Look, it's not a number that scares the opponent or that worries the opponent. As they say, they don't have, they don't have, they don't have strength, once again we say it, in politics, in politics in the function of the parliamentary election it is the number of voters, it gives them MPs, it ends, with them we look at this here with this number, they can't get any MPs, it ends", he said.
