Journalist Artan Hoxha has spoken about the decision that the Supreme Court is expected to give regarding the investigations for January 21 and whether SPAK should be the body to investigate the case.
Hoxha said that this issue has never been investigated, not calling the highest heads of state, such as former Prime Minister Berisha and former Minister of the Interior, Basha.
Hoxha said that the family of Aleks Nika, one of the protesters killed on the Boulevard, has a tape which could be the necessary evidence to reopen the case.
"If the Supreme Court does not pass SPAK, this case will be closed once and for all, like the case of Peshpia that was buried once and for all and no one is taken anymore.
