Journalist Roland Qafoku says that the State Police is not following the same steps as organized crime. According to him, the police are still many steps behind compared to crime.
According to Qafok, organized crime has become sophisticated in equipment and actions, while such a thing has not yet happened with the State Police.
Qafoku also said that every time there is a change of police directors, this is accompanied by actions and arrests in the field.
"Every time the leaders of the Police change, there is such a campaign, and in reality the State Police has had this gangrene. Crime is sophisticated, but the police are not. Organized crime is one step ahead of the police," he said in an interview with ABC News.
