"There is an option that you look for around you, in a certain perimeter. And the sites are offered, they are ready, they say we are here. I won't tell you how it's done. You can then enter the communication, they will take out the original photo as it is, make an appointment, pay a lek, everything is organized. This is a prostitution that starts online and then continues in the apartment, where you leave the meeting", said Karamuço.
Karamuço said that during the summer season, many foreign girls came to Albania and worked as escorts in Albania.
"This season, many tourists who came here have used it. There was a large army of sex workers here, not only Albanian. They were foreigners, from Latin America, Eastern Europe, who came because they knew that there is a high tourism rate in Albania, while they also go to Greece or other countries", he said.
