Klodiana Lala and Enton Abilekaj, discussing the balance of SPAK's work in 2025, with investigations that have shaken the political scene, debated the possible excess of powers by the Special Prosecution Office.
One of the biggest suspicions is the allegation that a member of the Constitutional Court was wiretapped by SPAK, which according to Alibejat is a serious violation of competence. Lala said that if the judge was corrupt, they should be brought to justice.
Excerpt from the debate at TPZ:
Enton Abilekaj : You say halal SPAK, taken from our days... If they were to investigate me without a court decision, as happened with the Constitutional Court... You come out with the sword of SPAK.
Klodiana Lala : Well, we are the bad guys. There is no prosecutor who can wiretap without criminal proceedings and a registered criminal offense. If a prosecutor has wiretapped a GJK judge, let him be shot. If there is a court that has been captured and corrupted, it is her.
Enton Abilekaj : This is where we differ.
Klodiana Lala: We saw what the CC did. The prosecutors themselves are subject to investigation.
Enton Abilekaj : What then? The prosecution is the accused itself, it is a party. The party that goes to court and requests a decision.
Klodiana Lala : Everyone deals with SPAK, but no one deals with the court, which is the core.
