
As Albania prepares to host the European Political Community Summit on May 16, the meeting's agenda has been revealed, including a series of activities that will take place during the day in Tirana.
According to sources, the agenda includes:
10:00 – Achievements and expectations
11:00 – Opening ceremony
11:30 – Family photo
11:45 – First plenary session
13:00 – Lunch
14:30 – Thematic roundtable meeting
15:45 – Bilateral meetings between heads of delegations
17:30 – Closing of the plenary session
18:30 – Joint conference with the Prime Minister of Albania and the Prime Minister of Denmark
On the same day, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, announced a peaceful protest at 5:00 PM on "Zogu i Parë" Boulevard, with the aim of raising awareness among international public opinion on issues he considers to be "electoral crimes" committed during the last elections.
To ensure the smooth running of the summit, authorities have planned security measures, including blocking several main axes in Tirana from 06:00 to 18:00 on May 16.
