There are several threads that connect Aldosch-Farma with Tom Doshi.
Businessman non grata in the US, Tom Doshi, is suspected of being behind the pharmaceutical company Aldosch-Farma, whose registered owner is Aqif Hoxha, a former employee of Tom Doshi's companies.
Aldosch-Farma has won around 2.7 thousand healthcare tenders in recent years (after 2015), worth millions of euros. Aldosch-Farma is the company that has won the largest number of healthcare tenders. This company has even managed to win 50 tenders in one day.
There are several threads that connect Aldosch-Farma with Tom Doshi. In 1996, Tom Doshi, together with Toni Shpatin, founded the Aldosch company, with a capital of 100 thousand lira, with the object of fuel trading and construction.
In 2003, Tom Doshi's partner, Tonin Shpati, founded the company Aldosch - Farma, with a capital of 100 thousand lek, with the object of warehousing and wholesale of pharmaceutical drugs.
The address of the Aldosch - Farma company turns out to be in the same place as the address of the Aldosch company, raising strong suspicions that the actual owner of both companies is Tom Doshi.
In 2009, the German company Mibe GmbH acquired 100% of the shares of Aldosch Farma.
Four years later, in 2013, Mibe GmbH sold Mr. Aqif Hoxha 49% of the shares of the company Aldosch Farma, for 700 thousand euros. In 2016, Aqif Hoxha, with a phantom and fictitious business history, bought the other 51 shares for 730 thousand euros.

A 7.7 million euro transfer, facts about SPAK
An investigation by the High Inspectorate for Declaration and Control of Wealth in 2015 revealed that the company ALDOSCH (J76504015S) had transferred over 7.7 million euros to Tom Doshi's personal account.
The finding was part of a voluminous criminal file that the ILDKPK referred to the General Prosecutor's Office regarding Tom Doshi's illegal activities, where, among other things, he had laundered at least 23 million euros.
The investigation is believed to have been instigated by Ilir Meta after a dispute with Tom Doshi over the sharing of profits with the company Profarma, the healthcare money-grubber. Profarma was privatized when Meta was prime minister, giving it to Tom Doshi, based on a corrupt agreement, according to which Doshi was to share the profits with Meta.

Përmes kompanisë Aldosch, Tom Doshi kontrollon kompaninë e prodhimit dhe shitjes së barnave Profarma (ish Prodhime Farmaceutike).
Profarma është themeluar në 1995 nga Ministria e Financave.
Në gusht të vitit 2000, Ilir Meta, në atë kohë kryeministër, ia shiti kompaninë publike Tom Doshit për 534 milionë lekë.
Sipas pazarit të dyshuar, Ilir Meta do të kishte gjysmën e aksioneve. Në datë 16.11.2000, Këshillit Mbikqyrës i shoqërise kishte vendosur zgjedhjen e Drejtorit të Përgjithshëm z. Tom Doshi.
Deri në 2014, marrëveshja e pazarit po zbatohej. Meta dhe Doshi shëtisnin bashkë me helikopter mbi Alpe dhe shijonin plaçkitjen e pasurive publike.
E gjithë Ministria e Shëndetësisë ishte dhe është vendosur në funksion të Profarmës, e cila ka monopolin e industrisë farmaceutike shqiptare.
Tom Doshi përfiton shumë nga programi i Shqipërisë për “barnat e rimbursueshme”, i cili u lejon pacientëve të marrin medikamente të caktuara me tarifa të subvencionuara nga qeveria. Mbi një e treta e 352 medikamenteve të mbuluara nga programi prodhohen nga Profarma.
Miliona euro kalonin nga Profarma te Aldosch dhe më pas nga Aldosch ndaheshin në disa xhepa.
Nga viti 2008 deri në 2014 kaluan rreth 8 milionë euro në xhepat e Tom Doshit, përmes transaksioneve bankare. Miliona euro kanë kaluar në xhepa dhe kompani të lidhura me Tom Doshin.
Me sa duket Tom Doshi po merrte më shumë para se sa parashikonte pazari i fiksuar me Ilir Metën në vitet 2000. (Ka çfarë ka, por Meta pazarit nuk i luan rrugës).
Në fund të vitit 2014, Meta i lëshoi ILDKPKI, Tom Doshit. Edhe pse e nxitur nga Meta, konstatimet e ILDKPKI janë të provuara, janë fakte, kanë vlerën e provave dhe zbuluan një korrupsion të llahtarshëm.
Tom Doshi iu përgjigj Ilir Metës, duke sajuar historinë planit të vrasjes përmes Durim Bamit.
Në mes ishin miliona euro të vjedhura në buxhetin e shtetit shqiptar. Tom Doshi dhe Ilir Meta mund t’a kenë menduar edhe për të hequr qafe njëri-tjetrin. Por, historia me komplote e 2015 ishte thjesht një prishje në pazare mes Tom Doshit dhe Ilir Metës për paratë e Profarmës.

Millions of euros have been transferred from this company's accounts to Tom Doshi's accounts, without distributing dividends.
Antibiotic, according to the file, was also used for money laundering and fraud schemes.
Through ALDOSCH, Tom Doshi also controls the company GALAXY (formerly "PRODENTALFARMA"), with the purpose of wholesale and retailing pharmaceutical products.
Through Galaxy, Doshi controls another company with suspicious activity, ILUMINA PHARMA. Meanwhile, GALAXY, according to the file, was also used for money laundering by Tom Doshi. All governments, both democratic and socialist, have bowed down and paved the way for Tom Doshi's corrupt interests, making the health budget available to him, at certain periods with the intervention of Ilir Meta./ Prapaskena
