Further details are revealed from the event recorded yesterday evening, when three traffickers who had quantities of cocaine in the car, tried to run away from the police and collided with the officers.
The narcotic substance was pure and if it was sold, the traffickers would earn a sum of money, which was estimated at around 25 thousand euros. It is initially suspected that the narcotic substance would be distributed to other criminal groups operating in the capital.
Three people were arrested yesterday evening, after they tried to run away from the police and then cocaine was found in their car. The anti-drug agents in the capital intervened by stopping the "Tiguan" type vehicle, which was driven by the head of the Intercity Transport association, 30-year-old Enea Sulejmanaj.
At these moments, the driver of the vehicle tried to leave, endangering the lives of three police officers. In self-defense, the officers shot him in the limb and according to the doctors, Sulejmanaj is out of danger.
Two other young men were with him, who were immediately put in handcuffs. It is about Shkëlqim Ostreni and Igli Begaj.
