Journalist Elton Qyno was today at the premises of SPAK, where they returned one of the phones that BKH agents took from his home months ago.
Qyno took back his son's phone, while he emphasized to the media after leaving the Special Prosecutor's Office, that he has taken the case to the Constitutional Court regarding the legality of his detention by SPAK for 12 hours. There will be a hearing on November 12.
"As for the return of the seized items, as for the seizures against me. On November 12, the issue of legality regarding my detention by SPAK for 12 hours is in the Constitutional Court. They had all the surveillance of my phone communications and I was asked for them.
I objected to the decisions on the suspension of these inspections and expertise, and that's why I chose not to speak at SPAK's premises," Qyno said.
Journalist Elton Qyno was interrogated by SPAK in December of last year and his apartment was searched by court order as part of a criminal proceeding for violation of investigative secrecy.
According to SPAK, the materials published in the media were consistent with Nuredin Duman's communications with other people in the "Sky" application, and for this reason, Elton Qynos has been asked to show how he had obtained such materials that were part of the investigative acts.
