The sister of Flutura Basha, the 56-year-old who was an innocent victim of the mafia attack in Shkodër where two young men, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati, also lost their lives, has confessed that the condition of her brother-in-law, Bashkim Basha, is very serious.
