Jamarbër and Argita Malltezi have sent an appeal to the Supreme Court, opposing the sequestration of assets by SPAK.
It is learned that the case was registered in the Court on February 14, while the date when the trial will be held has not yet been announced.
In total, 25 assets, immovable properties and 6 bank accounts have been placed under seizure.
Malltezi is accused by the Special Prosecutor's Office of "Passive Corruption" and "Money Laundering" related to the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

15) Apartment with property number No. 3/491+19-4 Vol.62, pg.42, zk.8220 with an area of 346.1 m2 and a common area of 70.3 m2.

23) 45% of the share capital of the company Homeplan sh.pk with NIPT K81803020E is measured, in the name of the citizen Jamarber Malltezi;
24) Measure 100% of the share capital of the company Magnet IMO sh.pk with NIPT L81714031D, in the name of the citizen Jamarber Malltezi; 25) 60% of the share capital of the company Magnet Gym&Fit, with NIPT L72022010B, in the name of the citizen Jamarber Malltezi, is measured.
"Based on the request dated 15.10.2023 of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, with decision no. 410 dated 20.10.2023, has imposed the property insurance measure "preventive sequestration", for 16 (sixteen) real estate owned by the citizen JM, 6 (six) bank accounts (in euros, dollars and lek) in the name of the citizen JM , as well as shares of the share capital owned by citizen JM in the companies "Homeplan" shpk (45% of shares), "Magnet IMO" shpk (100% of shares) and "Magnet Gym&Fit (60% of shares)", it is said in notification of SPAK.
