Journalist Artan Hoxha has stated that the video of the former mayor of Durrës was filmed by the girl who appears in the video.
Hoxha in the studio of the show "Opinion", said that the girl entered the office without a mobile phone, but with a bag in which she apparently inserted a recording device.

Fevziu: Was the video made by the girl?
Yes, the girl filmed the meeting. Do you remember a few years ago when there was a war of politicians' videos? They filmed them themselves. All the more so that in the office of the municipality of Kukës, the staff was very discreet and did not allow anyone to enter with bags.
To be reliable, the girl has left her cell phones in the car. I suspect it was a thermos because I see the girl who occasionally went to the bag and occasionally took wet papers, and at one point in the video he says to her: Where are you going with this bag in the mayor's office?
Fevziu: Did the girl go by herself or was she sent?
Hoxha: If this was an issue between two citizens, there is no interest. But what constitutes interest is an official, it is the state office and there is talk of a tender.
I believe that video was leaked. I have had the video for a long time, but I was verifying whether the corrupt affair was carried out.
