Journalist Klodian Tomorri, invited to the show "Të Paekspozuarit" on MCN TV, praised today's decision of the Constitutional Court to limit SPAK to the procedure of seizing phones in the context of investigations they conduct for various files. Tomorri stated that now the phones of people who are under investigation will be taken and only the ones for which they are being investigated will be requested.
Tomorri: There are two problems that this decision addresses. There had been a practice of taking phones from people on the street, even those who were not under investigation, but were only aware of it, or that the prosecutor thought he had knowledge of.
