Analyst Plator Nesturi spoke about the decision of the Supreme Court on January 21, saying that it is a binding decision of the court for SPAK. Among the steps to be taken, he mentioned the transfer of the relevant files from the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana to SPAK.
Nesturi suggested other in-depth investigations about this sensitive issue that has sparked strong debates in Albanian politics.
The analyst threw the idea of including in the file also the tape with the orders given on January 21, 2011 regarding the confrontation of the protest. It is about the orders to hit the protestors with combat weapons.
According to him, regardless of whether the public expects everything from SPAKU, if there are other elements, it can go as far as finding the real perpetrators of the murder of the four protesters.
According to Nesturi, due to the political aspect, the pace of investigations by competent bodies has been different over the years.
He recalled that there are hidden evidences, as if they were the Prime Minister's servers, which can reveal many details.
