Analyst Arjan Curi considered Lulzim Basha as the eyewitness who must testify regarding the January 21 event. In Alban Dudushi's "3D" show on RTSH, Curi said that there is evidence that Basha, who was the Minister of the Interior at the time, was on the terrace of the prime minister's office and that he even looked at the protesters with binoculars.
Regarding the audio recordings of the event, Curi said that Basha's voice may also be in the unpublished part, however, he was reserved about this, because the tape has not been listened to yet.
Curi emphasized that SPAK should also interrogate Bamir Topi, who was President at the time, Ina Ramë who was the chief prosecutor, the leading chain of the Guard as well as former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and former Minister of the Interior, Lulzim Basha.
" I think that Basha, as an eyewitness, knows things about that day. There is evidence from the media, but also from eyewitnesses that Basha was seen on the terrace of the prime minister's office talking with the guards, with the commanders, some say that they also saw him with binoculars looking at the protesters. Here I reserve because this is something that was reported then and Basha must testify if he was at the Prime Minister's office on January 21 and this turns him into an eyewitness. It may also be on the tape that there are voices saying that parts of the tape that have not been published may also have Basha's voice. But I still have reservations because we haven't heard it yet. But we know that Basha was there. For me, Bamir Topi, Ina Rama, the entire chain of command of the Guard, Basha who watched with binoculars from the terrace and Berisha who refused to leave the prime minister's office should be called ", said Curi.
