Journalist Skënder Minxhozi called Sali Berisha's statement ridiculous, who after the decision said that he will consult with lawyers, trying to overshadow the actions of justice institutions and the Parliament.
"For Berisha to say that after SPAK, GJKKO and after the parliament, there was another instance that was consultation with lawyers, this is ridiculous for the person himself, who knows the procedure very well. The decision of the justice is appealable" , he said.
He emphasized that when justice speaks, the individual must apply it and in cases where he claims illegality, he must overturn it through procedure.
"A man who is investigated and who is not charged, why should the whole state and politics be strained as to why there is an investigation here? Berlusconi had 200 investigations and lawsuits, today Donald Trump has 92 accusations and counting. When justice speaks, you have to implement it and rule it out with procedure" , he said in "ABC News".
