The Special Prosecutor's Office has brought out the "army" of agents of the Bureau of Investigation in the field to put the corrupt under surveillance or monitoring. It is also reported that by BKH agents there has been an increase in the application of proactive investigation methods, in the case of wiretapping, but the application of special investigation methods has also increased, such as: observations, controls, simulations, seizure and material evidence, letters, infiltrated agents , etc.
It is also reported that during the year 2023, SPAK has started a procurement procedure for the purchase of operational technical equipment systems, which will be used to increase the effectiveness of investigations.
This procedure is classified as "secret" and is estimated at 101 million new lek, almost 1 million euros. Another initiated procedure is for the purchase of electronic systems and equipment in the amount of 84.5 million ALL.
Since SPAK started its work, almost 50 tenders have been opened, where mainly special equipment has been purchased, which is used by prosecutors and BKH agents to monitor crime and corruption bosses. / Pamphlet
