The mother of a 5-year-old boy complained to the editorial office of Fiks Fare, who complained that in the private kindergarten "Borëbardha 3" the teachers covered her son's head with sheets and blankets and no institution, although she filed a criminal complaint, has verified.

A lady, a mother of a child, complained to the newsroom of the investigative show, who denounced the actions of the leaders and educators in the private kindergarten "Borëbardha 3" for the mistreatment of her 5-year-old son. She says that the garden is owned by Mrs. Ermira Balla. "I had my son more than a year ago in that kindergarten. At one point, the boy complained to me that he will not go to that kindergarten, he was even very aggressive. It would bite me and cover my head. I asked the boy and he told me that there they cover him with a blanket and lock him in the bathroom," says the informant.
He further adds that after the boy told him about this incident, he went to that garden and talked to Ermira, who admitted the incident to him. The owner even showed her the security cameras, where it appeared that the complainant's son had his head covered. Later, the owner wrote to her that this incident was done by an educator named Gisi, who took one of the kindergarten children to the nursery school. "I took it to the children who don't speak," wrote the owner to the informant. So, to these little kids who don't complain, even accepting what happened. The whistleblower says that after this incident, the boy suffered great trauma and followed him with psychologists. It closed in on itself.
The whistleblower also sent Fiksi a video, where she talks to the minor. She asks him what happened, while the boy answers that he will not go to the kindergarten "Snow White 3" and lowers his head. "I want to report this event now, because every time I talk to that owner, she speaks to me with irony. I even reported it to the police, but until today they have not taken any action," says the whistleblower.
After the complaint, the complainant goes to meet the owner of the garden, Ermira Balla. The owner admits that her teacher covered her head, telling her that it "happened only once". Then he explains that the teacher removed him from that group, taking him to other children. However, the owner tells her that the whistleblower has done her a lot of harm after talking about what happened in the neighborhood. In the confrontation, the mother of the 5-year-old tells him that she has filed a criminal complaint with the police, and even with other institutions. The owner tells her that "I know, since they brought me the complaint and your phone number". She admits that the institutions have informed her.
Meanwhile, the whistleblower tells Fiks Fare that the garden in question has already moved to the first floor of the building where she lives. "I want to denounce another fact, as a person brings unsterilized milk to small children, putting them at risk of viruses and diseases. Two or three times a week, a person comes with 5 to 10 liter plastic cans of milk. The milk is from the one sold on the street. Unsterilized and from the one that is collected from the outskirts of Tirana. It is not sterilized as it should be in such a garden," says the whistleblower.
The whistleblower also filmed the street vendor who carries milk in a plastic can to that garden. She asks him where he sends that milk, while he answers that "to Ermira Balla's garden".
Afterwards, Fiks Fare journalists go to the garden premises and talk with the director and owner Ermira Balla. "We have very good milk, which we drink together with tea in the morning. We also have a lot of milk. We mostly use village milk. We receive 2 drums of 10 liters, 7 liters or 5 liters. God brings them here. I am against the law that you should not use it. I use it because it's really, really good. In other uses, we make it for pastiche" admits Mrs. forehead I even know that it is against the law!
Fiks journalists also film the person who sends the milk to that garden. He says that he is from the Baldushku area in Tirana and comes to this garden once in a while.
