At around 10:00 on Wednesday, Ivanka Trump, daughter of the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, arrived in the city of Vlora, accompanied by numerous police forces and her escort.
Initially, she passed through the Trans-Balkan road area, then headed along the Lungomare and the Cold Water area, where she stayed for a few minutes at a hotel in this area. Her stay lasted about six minutes, before continuing her planned agenda.
After leaving the hotel, Ivanka Trump headed to the Novosela area, specifically near Hidrovor in Akerni. The visit took place under tight security measures and in the company of renowned architects, while numerous police forces were also present on the ground.
Sources indicate that the stop in Akerni focused on closely assessing the coastline, surrounding areas, and existing infrastructure, with the aim of analyzing the development potential of the territory.
Akernia, considered one of the most abandoned and isolated areas after the 1990s, is also known as a territory with high potential for strategic investments and elite tourism, thanks to its natural conditions and favorable geographical position. In recent years, property prices in this area have increased significantly, also due to its proximity to the new airport.
After the stop in Akerni, Ivanka Trump continued her itinerary towards the Zvërnec area, while the coastal area known as Porto Novo was also on her agenda. According to reports, she is still in this area.
Ivanka Trump's presence has attracted considerable attention, and Akernia and the surrounding areas could be the focus of future high-profile investments. Meanwhile, her agenda for today or the coming days has not been made public by her representatives.
