The security expert, Fatjon Softa, says that it is very difficult to obtain new evidence even from the reconstruction of the scene of the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan in Elbasan. According to him, this is because a considerable amount of time has passed since the murder.
"This request to assess the crime scene is not the first time it could happen. Crime scene reconstruction becomes increasingly difficult when a long time has passed since the event. The reconstruction of the scene was done at the request of the accused Paplekaj, but the chances of securing new evidence remain low.
The findings will be submitted to the Court of Appeal, but sources said that no new details have emerged from the construction of the scene and the conclusions remain unchanged.
