Frequent fiscal changes are often considered stressful for business, although in certain cases the goals may be facilitating.
In this situation, when we have such a big wound such as the departure of the qualified workforce or those called professionals, fiscal changes are made.
An initiative whose main goal expressed by the government is the fight against informality. However, experts are divided on whether the goal will be achieved, or will produce the opposite effect. From the category that has expressed against the initiative, the changes further demotivate young people who want to practice their profession in their homeland.
