The experts reconstructed for the second time the scene of the crime that happened on April 21, 2023, in the "5 Maji" neighborhood in Elbasan, where the doctor Pjerin Xhuvani was killed and four others were injured, including a police officer.
This is after the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction accepted on March 4 the request of Arbë Paplekaj, to carry out a forensic examination at the scene of the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan in Elbasan.
The event took place in this city on April 21, 2021, just four days before the parliamentary elections, being described as the most serious event that occurred due to political clashes.
