The murder of the Albanian and the Greek, where the investigations are focused;

A 68-year-old Greek man, owner of a campsite in Finikounda, and the Albanian caretaker of the business, around 60 years old, were killed on the evening of October 5 in a well-organized assassination by at least two people, who have not yet been identified by the Greek police.

The crime occurred 3 days after the Greek owner of the campsite had signed a will, dividing his assets.

The document, which begins with the phrase "I am writing my will in the event of sudden death," indicates a premonition the 68-year-old had, or fear for his life, Greek media report.

According to the contents of the will, the majority of the estate goes to the 68-year-old's nephew, whom he considered "like his child." This young man witnessed the double murder, having been at the scene at the time of the attack and managed to escape.

The 68-year-old also left a significant portion of his estate to the campsite caretaker and close friend, the Albanian citizen, who was killed with him. He gave him half of the field he owned jointly with his nephew, as well as sums of money deposited in banks in Pylos.

In addition, he provided that 100,000 euros be given to his sister and another 100,000 euros to her son.

If his nephew decided to sell the property, his Albanian friend would receive an additional 200,000 euros.

Authorities also have in their possession an older will of the 68-year-old, drawn up about a year ago. Comparing the two documents is considered essential, as it could shed light on the motives of the double murderer.

On Sunday night, the perpetrator forced his way into the campsite's reception area, where the owner, the 60-year-old caretaker and his nephew were. He shot the 68-year-old in cold blood, killing him instantly, and then killed the caretaker who tried to escape.

The victim's nephew was the only one who managed to survive and is considered a key witness in this case.

Police are examining any evidence that could lead to the identification of the perpetrator. A gas station employee in the area also gave a statement, saying that he saw a suspicious man passing by on a motorbike towards Kyparissia and possibly heading towards Zacharo.

According to his description, the suspect was dark-skinned, short and thin, wearing a helmet and moving rapidly towards Ilias. In contrast, the 68-year-old's nephew gave a different description, saying the perpetrator was light-skinned, blond and possibly young.

Investigations are continuing with the aim of clarifying the causes and identifying the main suspect.
