On the other hand, Eduard Kelmendi has addressed the court with a criminal request against Filda Heta and the show Stop for publishing these facts and evidence. Judge Marinela Osmani appears clearly biased in this request, openly favoring Eduard Kelmendi.
She has allowed Kelmendi's lawyer to violate ethics in the process, showing closeness to him.
"The party has addressed the court with a criminal request to accuse some of the presenters of the show Stop, journalists, etc. but in the request addressed to the court, he did not present the correct generalities of the parties, and the court openly favored him, leaving flaws. But here we are not in a civil process that can be flawed according to Article 154 of the Code of Civil Procedure, but we are in a criminal process that the criminal law has clearly defined the way in which this request should be presented. So in the current case this is favored.
