The court of Saranda has left in force the security measures for the officials arrested a few days ago for property abuse.
The former Director of the Saranda Cadastre, Aida Demi, 40 years old, the former specialists of ASHK Saranda, Erald Lika, 33 years old, and Ermen Stroka, 34 years old, who were accused of "abuse of duty", appeared before the Court of Saranda today to be familiarized with the security measures. . The Prosecutor's Office of Saranda submitted a request to the Court of Saranda for the appointment of the security measure "compulsion to appear before the judicial police" and "prohibition of going abroad" for Demi and "house arrest" for Lika, Stroka and Hoxha. measures which were then accepted and set by Judge Fatmir Ndreu on May 13. The police of Saranda and Tirana executed the measures by seizing Demi's passport and isolating Lika, Stroka and Hoxha in the respective apartments.

This building was available and rented for years by the real owners, a well-known commercial entity in the entire territory of the country, which was active even during the period when the legalization procedures were carried out". It is about the plot of land owned by the Sejko family from Saranda, which former Democratic Party MP Gani Hoxha managed to transfer to his ownership through the actions of ASHK Saranda.
