A third person who has a social relationship with Alma Kaçi is being investigated by SPAK, as it is suspected that he first shared the erotic video between the 40-year-old and the mayor Safet Gjici on social applications.
The person, who is still not given information by SPAK if it is a girl or a boy, is being investigated after it turns out that he released the sex video in public.
Sources close to SPAK told "Ora News" that the video was not made public by Alma Kaçi, but by a third person, a known 40-year-old relationship.

Initially, everything could have been a negligence of Alma Kaçi, said the sources near SPAK, where her confidant filmed her phone and then took the 2-minute material, where Alma Kaçi and Gjici perform sexual intercourse.
Further, the material filmed on Alma Kaçi's phone was shared and redistributed in many phone applications, until it was published on social media.
SPAK has already appointed Safet Gjicin to prison and Alma Kacin to house arrest. While investigations are being carried out to identify and arrest the third person who filmed the video on the phone and distributed it.
