The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has ordered a re-examination of the causes of the fire in the Emergency Room of the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital.
The expertise is done in order to specify the technical specifications of the restoration and how the works were carried out.
Also, a number of people were asked, mainly technicians, who gave clarifications about the causes they see as possible, the safety conditions or the quality of the equipment or tools.
Earlier, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana seized the tender file of the Ministry of Health related to the emergency reconstruction of the QSUT.
This comes within the framework of the investigations started mainly after the fire in the basement of the newly reconstructed building.
The incident occurred on February 11, causing a collapse in the emergency department and forcing patients to receive medical treatment at other hospitals.
