Taulant Balla, head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, has avoided comments regarding SPAK regarding the investigations into the January 21 file.
Despite the fact that a few days ago, Balla was handed a request by Mark Nika, the uncle of Aleks Nika, one of the 4 demonstrators who lost their lives in the protest 15 years ago, which requested the approval of a resolution by the Parliament to accelerate investigations by SPAK, the leader of the SP deputies has avoided comments.
"We will see in the process of institutional analysis," said Balla, without commenting further on the issue in question.
The file for January 21 is being investigated by SPAK, following a decision by the Supreme Court, but also Strasbourg, which require clarification of the case. An audio has also been filed with SPAK, through which it is claimed that the names of the persons who gave the order to shoot are revealed. The file has been in SPAK for almost 2 years, while according to Aleks Nika's family, the investigation is dragging on.
