Both are friends, supporters and supporters of Edi Rama, being rewarded with millions of Euro tenders, construction permits, resorts and casinos; involved in trafficking, organized criminal groups, contract killings, landlord violence and land robbery. Even Toma is "non grata" from the USA and wanted by Australia...
On June 15, the Shkodra Police submitted to the District Prosecutor's Office the criminal proceedings against the "non-grata" Tome Doshi, businessman, former MP of the SP and chairman of the PSD, due to physical violence against the Molla brothers, with purpose of robbing a property.
It is about a piece of land on the coast of Velipoja, which Tomë Doshi has tried several times to seize from them by force, through armed criminal groups, to add to the surface of the resort he is building in that area.
In fact, Tomë Doshi has used threats and acts of violence several times, to grab the land from the Molla brothers in Velipoja by force, but the police did not act, because Tomë Doshi is a friend of Edi Rama.
Hearing the news about the proceedings of Tomë Doshi of Bablok and criminal groups, we remembered the proceedings of Pëllumb Gjoka; initially by the Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra for a land seized by force and stolen with forgeries in Velipoja, to build the "Silver Sand" resort.
After this pending investigation, the trafficker, strategic investor Pëllumb Gjoka, was arrested on July 27, 2023 by order of SPAK, as the orderer and financier of murders, through a criminal group and for connections with the police chief and a prosecutor investigating the land file robbed.
Referring to the similarity of the facts between these two bosses of the world of crime, several questions are asked:
- Has the "strong" Tome Doshi started the same criminal fate as the trafficker "Strategic Investor" Pëllumb Gjoka; and will it be brought before the court, or will they dismiss the case?
- Will SPAK conduct an in-depth investigation of Tomë Doshi, referring to the reports of SHISH, Anti-Drugs, DEA, the "Non-grata" decision of the USA for official corruption and money laundering, and the file sent to him by the Justice of Australia, for creating, directing and financing a structured international group in drug and human trafficking with false passports and murder and money laundering?
- Will the SPAK investigate Tomë Doshin, as part of the communication in the "SKY" network, with fine criminals, kidnappers, murderers and traffickers, among them Durim and Valter Bami from Nikla?
We wish that the file of Tomë Doshi, this subject of the elite of organized crime, does not remain in the drawers of the Prosecutor's Office - Shkodër or is dismissed as a simple dispute; while the investigation against him should not be neglected by SPAK.
We express this doubt because Tomë Doshi is a close friend, client, supporter and vote gatherer of Edi Rama, who does not care about Tomë being arrested; not because it hurts, but because Toma has shown that he sells every boss and soldier, as he did with Ilir Meta and Durim Bami.
SPAK should investigate, with what trick Tome Doshi took 13 thousand m2 of state land in Velipoja, for the construction of the resort; and did Edi Rama give him permission as a strategic investor, without publishing it on the website of the Territory Council and the Committee of Strategic Investments.
But SPAK has accurate official data, often published by "Pamphlet", which prove that Tomë Doshi, like Pëllumb Gjoka, received millions of Euro tenders, permits for towers, there are files on traffic, creation of structured criminal groups, ordering paid murders, raping owners and robbing land by force./ Pamphlet
