Quite rightly, for the affair of landfill concessions, SPAK has issued more arrest warrants and prison sentences at all levels, even for technical leaders, managers and shift managers, although the latter were not related with shopping and financial benefits, but they were part of the "Rama-Agaçi-Zoto-Mërtiri" group.
As for Prime Minister Edi Rama's adviser, the Albanian citizen Baton Fazli Haxhiu, SPAK is not waiting for an arrest warrant, although it has been proven with official documents that he is the beneficiary of millions of lek from the Tirana landfill.
Through his company "Albanian Post Sh.pk", Baton Haxhiu received 4.4 million lek per month from Tirana's landfill, as payment for allegedly advertising, which he did not do on his portal, but as propaganda on television shows where Babloku sends him as an "analyst".
These millions are confirmed by the financial contract that Baton Haxhiu signed on February 1, 2021 for 6 months, with the company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" of Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtir and Blerim Hoxha from Kosovo, a friend of Baton Haxhiu.
After launching numerous arrests, the thief Baton Haxhiu stopped the propaganda about the landfills and disappeared the contract, but the investigators found it in the files and computers of the landfill company.
BKH included Baton Haxhiu's contract in the investigative report they submitted to SPAK; but for 2 years, Baton Haxhiu has not been charged for this theft of the land's funds, carried out in collaboration with those who have been arrested and convicted for the same financial crime.
In addition to the theft in the landfill, Baton Haxhiu, using his power as an advisor to Prime Minister Edi Rama and his personal connections with him, was also involved in the theft of PPP-Hemodaliza funds, through the beneficiary Klodian Allajbeu.
From January 2018 onwards, Baton Haxhiu is paid as the Marketing Director of PPP-Hemodialysis at the "American Hospital", with a monthly salary of nearly 18 thousand Euros per month.
But according to the information, it turns out that he also received millions of ALL from the concessions Check-up, Laboratories, Sterilization of Medical Equipment and dyeing of fuels, while in the tower of the stadium he received 250 m2 office for his portal "Albanian Post Sh.pk".

Until now, Baton Haxhiu has been called to SPAK, only for 1 villa and land that he hid from Ilir Meta, through fictitious purchase; while, in addition to the millions in PPP Hemodialysis landfills, the financial source of 2 villas from 1 million Euros, which is in the "Rolling Hills" residential complex in Farka, should be investigated./ Pamphlet
