After being appointed as the head of the Albanian Olympic Committee, Fidel Ylli has been involved in the theft of millions of Euro funds that the government has given to school sports teams and the income it provides as an institution, through tenders and an administration 3 times larger than it was until April 2921 when he became the "head" of KOKSH.
The falsifications and thefts committed by Fidel Ylli, SPAK can be found in the Public Procurement Bulletin and the State Treasury, but also in the annual accounting reports that he does not make public.
On October 20, 2022, a 1.3 million Euro tender was made for the purchase of sports uniforms, towels, socks, bags and tracksuits, where 6 companies participated; but Fidel had done the shopping in advance and gave it to the company "Arsia Konfeksion", which had the highest offer of 400,000 Euros.
In addition to the highest offer, the company "Arsia Konfeksion Sh.pk" deals in construction materials, designs, medicines and sales of work uniforms, but it is not specialized in sports materials.
In 2022, Fideli of the Albanian Olympic Committee, already known as "usta" in the theft of funds, made the next tender worth 356 thousand Euros, for the purchase of volleyball and basketball sneakers; tender that was awarded to the subject "Vangjush Gjergjefi", which has only the trade of military uniforms.
In 2023, "usta" Fideli made the tender worth 5.5 million Euros with VAT, where 3 bidders participated, one of them "Physical Person", but within 3 months he made the other tender "Second lot", worth 880 thousand Euros for the purchase of volleyball and basketball sneakers.
This time too, according to the preliminary auction, Fidel announced the winner of the entity "Vangjush Gjergjefi" and the firm "Josh. S Tex", which are actually the same, because they have Jani Gjergjefin as administrator.
In 2022, he made the tender with the object: "Filming, live broadcasting of school sports teams", where he announced the winner of the company "Tibo" of his friend and partner, worth 456 thousand Euros, which is a fictitious figure, or rather theft net, since no live broadcast was made.
In the list are 6 other tenders with a total value of nearly 10 million Euros, made with the same scheme: preliminary shopping, contracts worth 99% of the limit fund, poor quality and not according to the requirements.
In addition to the tenders, Fidel Ylli also has a scheme with the "Live Stream" media channel, owned by the Albanian Olympic Committee and financed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), which should be used for the filming and broadcasting of sports activities.
But the shopkeeper, forger and thief "Olympic" Fidel Ylli, made the tender worth 456,000 Euros for filming and live broadcasts, and this tender was so fake and fictitious that it took place in November 2022, while the implementation of the contract was registered as if it had started in January 2022.
The theft continues with the next tender for filming and live broadcasts of sports activities for 2023, worth another 1.3 million Euros and a term of 3 years, when the Albanian Olympic Committee has its sports television channel "Live Stream", just like the channel "ER- Prime Minister's TV.
The Albanian Olympic Committee currently has an "army" of officials, appointed as clients and as personal friends by Fidel Ylli, among them many oysters brought according to Fidel's "taste"; who receive very high salaries, while the environments and conditions for athletes are poor.
