Two suspicious funding tracks and unjustified partnerships expose potential criminal sources in the two-story skyscraper project
The Dedja family's "Glob-3X Group Sh.pk" company declares an investment of 210 million euros for two towers on Kavaja Street, while it has only 3.5 million euros in capital and unexplained financial sources. The partnership with Macedonian citizen Festim Dervishi and the creation of the "Düren Investment Group" company by Dedja's family members reveal two strong leads for money laundering and illegal transfers of funds, which require immediate investigation.
The most typical case for investigation by the judiciary, for constructions with suspicious income from corruption and criminal activities, involves the two skyscrapers that the company “Glob-3X Group Sh.pk” plans to build in the area of Kavaja Street in Tirana. This company, owned by Skënder and Visjan Dedja, declares an investment of 210 million euros for the two towers, while it has capital of only 3.5 million euros and has not declared the source of financing.
If the justice authorities decide to investigate this case, in addition to the possible sources of money from the activities of the companies "VBF Albania Transport International", "Riviera Tourist Agency" and "Friendship of Peoples Employment Agency", the investigation should also follow two other tracks.
The first track is related to the partnership of Festim Ejup Dervishi, born and residing in Greshnica, North Macedonia. He entered into a partnership with Skënder and Visjan Dedja in “Glob-3X Group”. On September 6, 2019, Skënder Dedja sold Festim Dervishi 24 percent of the company’s capital for 24 thousand lekë, at a time when the company had a declared capital of 3.4 million euros. This action constituted a complete absurdity, since a builder who obtained permits for palaces and towers in the most sought-after areas of Tirana did not justify selling 24 percent of the company for an amount equal to the minimum wage of the time.
This capital alienation attracted the attention of the Albanian anti-economic crime structures and other services. Cooperation with Macedonian counterparts revealed that Festim Dervishi's partnership with Skënder and Visjan Dedjan was made through an agreement for the illegal transfer of financial values, destined for investments in construction in Albania through "Glob-3X Group Sh.pk".
After anti-crime segments informed Skënder Dedja about the investigation, on August 26, 2020, a year after entering the partnership, Festim Dervishi returned 24 percent of the shares to Skënder Dedja, selling them again for 24 thousand lek. The parties have not severed business ties.
The second track is related to the shadow company "Düren Investment Group", created on April 6, 2022 by Brunilda Düren (Dedja), the daughter of Skënder Dedja, and by the German son-in-law, Marcel Alexander Düren. Hajrie Dedja, Skënder's wife, is listed as the administrator. At the National Business Center, Brunilda and Marcel Düren have stated that the company carries out construction activities in Albania and that it is also financed by Germany, without declaring the values and sources of these funds. The company's tax extract does not show any activity since April 2022, while traces of engagement in suspicious activities are numerous./ Pamphlet

Ato pare jane te droges dhe te vrasjeve, nuk jane pare biznesi. Per ate qe nuk di se si eshte mentaliteti i krimit, nuk e kupton demin fatal qe i behet ekonomise nga paret e pista..

Eshte e pa mundur qe nje njesi qofte ky dhe SPAKU te mund te zgjidhe te gjithe kete katrahure qe ka krijuar politika (Edi Rama, kryesisht) dhe krimi organizuar. Ketu duhet filluar nga SPAK ne marrjen ne hetim te gjithe rasteve te evidentuara nga Kontrolli i Larte i Shtetit qe jane te gjitha te dokumentuara. Mbas kesaj duhet te vihet nen kontroll dh e pergjegjesi Tatimet, Pastrimi Parave, Deklarimi Pasurise, Min . Financave,etj. Vetem mme denoncimet e administrates mbas kontrrolleve te dokumentuara mund ti lehtesohet puna SPAKUT. Keshtu nje dite te gjithe do akuzojme dhe do humbasim dhe SPAKun.
