Crime seems to make the law in Albania. The Prime Minister does not like it when Albania is described as a drug state, but the facts speak for themselves. The government and crime seem to coexist very closely with each other. SPAK today held a sensational action in Durrës, but the action came after the elections, allowing the Troplins to collect votes for Edi Rama.
However, the situation becomes more serious if we look at the decisions taken by the National Council for Territory and Water. This Council has been placed at the pure disposal of crime.
A few weeks ago, it was reported that the wife of Altin Hajri, the key person wanted for the murder and disappearance of Jan Prenga, had obtained permission to build a palace.
The firm "Pjeza 2022" will build a building, which turns out to be owned by Valentina Hajri, the wife of Altin Hajri. The council has approved the construction permit for a "Residential and service building with 18 floors above ground and 3 floors underground" in the coastal city of Durrës.
" Construction permit for the object 'Residential and service building with 18 floors above ground and 3 floors underground', located in the Municipality of Durrës, with the developer company 'Pjeza 2022' sh.pk ", states this document dated March 26, 2025.
But it doesn't end there. In 2024, Rama granted a building permit to "Visit të Pojës", the most commented character today.
SPAK and the Italian Antimafia conducted an operation in several cities in the country, with a focus on Durrës. The file shows that Elvis Doçi is part of a powerful gang that deals with cocaine trafficking. He was not caught. Meanwhile, several properties and companies were seized.
But it turns out that a company in his name is "Eldemar Construction". It turns out that in April 2024, Rama gave permission to this company, 100 percent owned by Elvis Doçi, to build a hotel in Durrës.
Elvis Doçi, or known by the nickname "Visi i Pojës", is a character with a "name" for Albanian justice. A year ago, checks were carried out in the apartment of this citizen, while SPAK also issued an arrest warrant. As part of this operation, at that time, the blues seized as material evidence about 3 million euros in cash from Elvis Doçi's apartment alone.
Meanwhile, not long ago, former Prime Minister Berisha, in his television appearances, called on Doç to distance himself from the elections, since - as the leading democrat claimed - he is threatening citizens:
" These ladies and gentlemen are as different as night and day, as truth and lies, from the candidates of Sako, from the candidates of Poja, from the candidates of Hajri, from the candidates of electoral terrorists, who will receive the most deserved punishment after May 12. These elections divide the citizens, the patriots, divide those who love Durrës, divide people with dignity, divide virtuous people from those who are commanded by gangs and crime and believe that they can impose their will on Durrës. Here I am declaring before you: they will not find a mouse hole. Wherever they are, we will catch them, " Berisha said from Durrës on May 6. /Pamphlet
