A monopoly pharmaceutical company with a dubious past and which has received over 1,500 client tenders in the health sector, will be entrusted with the fight against mosquitoes in the coastal areas of Shkodër, Lezhë and Durrës.
It is about the pharmaceutical company Florfarma, whose main owner is the former barber of Tepelena, Mitro Todhe, one of the clients of Ilir Beqja and Orgerta Manastirli.
Only during the last few years, Florfarma has received 1556 tenders, worth millions of euros, with formal competition or without competition, with pre-determination at the table, etc., but always with offers close to the limit fund.

The Institute of Public Health, under investigation by SPAK for corrupt affairs, failed to hold mosquito tenders, so the Centralized Purchasing Agency came into play.
