By Order no. 8, dated May 8, 2017, Minister Olta Xhaçka, in the criteria for receiving economic aid and social assistance, added this condition: - No application will be accepted and social payments will be stopped for families with persons aged 35-70 who do not "Check- up".

Out of desire, the Check-up was done by compulsion and economic sanctions without law, but by an order of Olta Xhaçka, friend and identical to Vilma Nushi in corruption and theft of state funds and equivalent in other indicators.
