On November 25, 2014, the HPPs of Janullatos in Librazhd were "blessed" with a ribbon cutting by Babloku and Taulant Balla. In November 2009, on the occasion of Janullatos' 80th birthday, President Bamir Topi awarded him the "Knight of the Order of Skenderbeu", on December 22, 2017, Ilir Meta awarded him Albanian citizenship, while on February 1, 2019, Greek President Prokopis Pavlopulos decorated him with the medal: "For outstanding merits in the spread and protection of Hellenism"
The meeting of Archbishop Jamullatos in prison with the criminal Fredi Beleri, after the departure of the ambassador and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, after the threats of Prime Minister Mitsotaqis and the Vorio-Epirote districts and 2 days after the Greek protest in Himara, proves that Janullatos does not deal with with matters of religion, but also politics and Greek chauvinistic nationalisms.
But some documents from the National Business Center prove that His Grace Janullatos, who prays and works to bring and distribute the light of humanity to Albanians, is also involved in the electricity business in Albania.
Under the name of the Albanian Autocephalous Church and under the logo of the "Kryepiskopi Anastas" Foundation, Junallatos has received concessions for the construction of 7 HPPs in the Librazhd-Pogradec area, being registered in taxes, as their representative with a term of 35 years.
Of these, 3 HPPs are called "Rapun 3", "Rapun 3-A" and "Rapun 4", built on the river Rrapun in Librazhd under the name of the company "C&-S Energy", which is 100% owned of the "Archbishop Anastas" Foundation, with authorized tax person Archbishop Anasatas Janullatos, with an investment value of 25 million Euros, which Janullatos does not declare where he found it.
To hide the traces of the concession, Janullatos first created the company "Eko Vepra Sh.pk" where he registered 98% shares of 3 HEC and the company "C&-S Construction sh.pk" with 2%, but both owned by the company "Energgia Ekologija sh.pk" created on October 13, 2011.
Koncesion tjetër, Janullatos ka 3 HEC-et “Llënge 1”, “Llënge 2” e “Llënge 3” në Mokër-Pogradec, të cilët janë ndërtuar brenda Kanionit të Llënges që është zonë e mbrojtur; por ka dhe 1 HEC në Proptisht-Pogradec, me firmën “Hidropower Elektrik” ku është ortak me 34.66%.
Më 21 dhjetor 2015, OSHEE ka bërë “Akt-Marrëveshje” me firmën kocesionare “C&S Energy”, për ndërtimin e rrjetit të furnizimit me energji elektrike nga 3 HEC-et “Rapun 3”, “Rapun 3-A” e “Rapun 4” të Janullatosit, ndërsa në datën 28 maj 2016, OST ka miratuar futjen e energjisë në rrjetin e transmetimit, madje nga shitja ka pëfituar 5 milionë USD rimbursim TVSH-je.
Administrator i 7 HEC-ve të Janullatos, është zëvendësi e sekseri i tij At Harallamb Gjoka, i cili drejton dhe sektorin e propagandës greke në Kishën Ortodokse Autoqefale Shqiptare.
