Two months before the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj signed the 100 million euro concession contract for the sterilization of surgical equipment, it turns out that the Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama, was informed about the way of calculating the points incorrectly and the misuse of funds Albanian taxpayers.
Prime Minister Rama's knowledge of the abuse of public money in this concession is evidenced on page 88 of the decision of the special court, where it is stated that:
"...on October 2, 2015, the economic operator "Action Laundry" notified the Prime Minister of the country, the High State Control, the Ministry of Health and APP, through a letter, about the misuse of taxpayers' funds in the concession of providing the personalized set of surgical instruments developed on May 4, 2015 by the Ministry of Health...".
This is the original letter that went to Prime Minister Edi Rama's office, a document obtained by "Ora News", through which Rama was made aware of the violations, two months before Ilir Beqja and Admir Daca of "Sani Service" signed together with the concession contract.

"...the difference for 1 year is in the amount of 2 billion 502 million ALL, or for 10 years in the amount of 2,502,800,000 ALL, which will burden Albanian taxpayers. While the service offered by us is at a better level than the company selected as the winner by the Ministry of Health..." the document says.
