Blu Horizont 2005 është një tjetër kompani fantazmë e themeluar nga Eduart Meminaj. Në vitin 2018, kompaninë e blen Endi Kollozi, i cili edhe në këtë rast përdoret nga Ardian Kollozi për të fshehur gjurmë, i cili po merrej me politikë, duke u angazhuar me Bindjen Demokratike.
Pas blerjes, Endi Kollozi hedh rreth 500 mijë euro në këtë kompani, para që nuk u dihet burimi.
Në 2017, Endi Kollozi ka krijuar një tjetër kompani fantazmë ndërtimi, A.E.K.2017, të cilën e pezulloi një vit më pas.
