The Special Prosecutor's Office has opened the property files of Monika Kryemadhi and Ilir Meta. Both are under investigation for corruption, money laundering and asset concealment. One day after the Appeal decision that confirmed the security measures, SPAK seized two villas in the name of Kryemadhi and her mother in the VIP neighborhood in Tirana, i.e. Kodra e Diellit.
According to sources, it is expected that there will be other seizures. There are doubts that Kryemadhi has hidden many of the properties in the name of her relatives, while a large part of the assets has been declared in the ILDKP. What stands out is that Ilir Meta himself has no property in his name.
From a simple search in the declarations they have made in ILDKP for years, it currently results that Kryemadhi has 8 apartments, 3 commercial units, two garages and large sums in bank accounts.
We are not mentioning the allegations about marble, quarries, inert, chrome, construction companies, tourist resorts inside and outside the country, lines of clothing stores, money in foreign banks and tax havens, which Meta and Monika are accused of owning.
These assets that have not been officially declared by Meta and Monika are the object of Albanian law enforcement bodies and our international partners to track and discover them. There are rumors that SPAK has gone as far as London and beyond and there will be surprises.
Meanwhile, it is learned that SPAK is also verifying the assets of Drini Krymadhi, Monika's brother. In the documents below, it appears that there are many real estate properties in the name of Monika's brother and her mother.

1) Apartment with terrace. 99 m2, obtained by privatization in 1992 in Tirana, without specified value where Mrs. The chieftain owns 1/3.
2) Apartment with terrace. 75 m2 in Tirana, no specified value, inherited from his father. Ms. The chieftain owns 1/3.
3) Apartment with terrace. 66 m2 in Durrës, no specified value, inherited from his father. Ms. The chieftain owns 1/3.
4) 100% owner of an apartment in Tirana with living area 212 m2, veranda with roof. 97 m2 and garage with sip. 139 m2, acquired with an exchange contract.
5) 100% owner of a commercial unit with sip. 107 m2 without specified value, acquired with the business contract dated 22.07.2008 and followed by the exchange contract dated 23.01.2019.
6) 100% owner of a commercial unit with sip. 63.78 m2 without specified value, acquired with the entrepreneurship contract dated 22.07.2008 and followed by the exchange contract dated 23.01.2019.
7) 100% owner of a garage with sip. 17 m2 without specified value, acquired with the business contract dated 22.07.2008 and followed by the exchange contract dated 23.01.2019.
8) 100% owner of a commercial unit with sip. 172 m2 without specified value, acquired with the entrepreneurship contract dated 22.07.2008 and followed by the exchange contract dated 23.01.2019.
9) 100% owner of a garage with sip. 318 m2 without specified value, acquired with the entrepreneurship contract dated 22.07.2008 and followed by the exchange contract dated 23.01.2019.
