Deputy Agron Çela, once a representative of LSI and close to Ilir Meta, according to the SPAK file, has illegally benefited about 170 thousand euros from the DIA company, which, with Meta's intervention, collected CEZ debts.

"While in relation to the company BTT, with the sole partner citizen Shpëtim Shehu, which has benefited from the company DIA in the amount of 16,800,000 ALL, the investigation has proven that this amount had as the ultimate beneficiary the company "Xenis" sh.pk, with partner citizen Agron Çela, who in 2013 was elected a deputy of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania as a representative of the Party "Socialist Movement for Integration". The investigation has also proven that the obtaining of this money was done without the company "Xenis" or even BTT offering even a single service or product to the DIA company", says the SPAK file.
Although the criminal fact is clear and beyond any reasonable doubt, SPAK has not asked the court to arrest Agron Çela, acting so far with two standards.
Since the investigations are ongoing, it is probably too early to prejudge and cast doubts on the SPAK that is not applying the criminal legislation against Agron Çela.
But on the other hand, it is equally clear that the prosecutors of the Meta file, including the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, have established that Agron Çela has committed the criminal offense of corruption and the MP continues to be free from the action of the criminal law .
Pirouettes of Agron Çela
Agron Çela was elected as a deputy in the parliamentary elections of 2021, under the banner of LSI.
Çela joined the Socialist Party at the end of 2022, while he also appeared alongside Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"I am very correct, I closed a movement with the Freedom Party, I am looking at other paths. I have many offers from other parties," he said.
A few months ago, Çela appeared dancing and singing with Ilir Meta, who was arrested by SPAK for corruption and money laundering.
The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, is believed to have transferred assets worth tens of millions of euros to Çela, including the robbery of the Big Cafe in Shkodër, a resort in Velipoja, etc.
It is not known whether these assets are being verified by SPAK.

Besohet gjerësisht se Ilir Meta ka kaluar në emër të Agron Çelës resortin “Grand Europa Resort” në Velipojë, ndërtuar me para të dyshimta dhe mbi prona të grabitura shtetërore nga Ilir Meta në Velipojë.
Resorti është formalisht në emrin e bashkëshortes së Agron Çelës, Belma Çela, por pronare faktike dyshohet se është Monika Kryemadhi.
Që Belma Çela është pronare në letra dhe Monika Kryemadhi dyshohet se është pronare faktike e resortit po sjellim disa fakte dhe rrethana.
Së pari, deputeti i LSI Agron Çela që iu bashkua PS-së para zgjedhjeve lokale, ka patur vetëm 300 m2 tokë në Pulaj të Plazhit Velipojë.
Së dyti, sipërfaqja e resortit është 23 mijë m2 në tokë shtetërore, e grabitur nga Ilir Meta, duke e kaluar si pronë private të Belma Çelës, në emër të firmës “Xhenis-SH” me letra të falsifikuara.
Së treti, Belma Çela nuk kishte mundësi financiare për investimin me vlerë miliona euro, por paratë ishin të Monika Kryemadhit dhe Ilir Metës, me burim jo të ligjshëm.
Së katërti, Meta mori pjesë në nisjen e punimeve në 20 mars 2012, ndërsa në 15 korrik 2018, Monika Kryemadhi ka inaguruar hapjen e këtij resorti në Velipojë.
“Nga dita e sotme, turizmi shqiptar krenohet me këtë resort modern, të ndërtuar falë largpamësisë së çiftit Agron e Belma Çela me mbështetjen e miqve të mirë, të cilët Goni nuk i ka braktisur kurrë”, tha Kryemadhi.
Në ceremoninë e inagurimit, Monika Kryemadhi sillej si pronare dhe respektohej si e tillë, ndërsa Belma Çela si të ishte kamarierja e Monikës, edhe pse çifti Meta-Kryemadhi e bënë konsulle nderi të Mongolisë.
Grabitja e Kafes së Madhe
Agron Çela futi në dorë dhe shkatërroi Kafen e Madhe në Shkodër kur ishte me Ilir Metën.
Si mos të mjaftonte grabitja e pronave në Velipojë ku ndërtoi resortin me para të dyshimta, Agron Çela shkatërroi Kafen e Madhe në Shkodër, një monument kulture dhe identitet shpirtëror, ideuar nga arkitekti Kolë Idromeno.
Kontrolli i Lartë i Shtetit e ka kallëzuar përpara organit të akuzës, kompaninë në pronësi të Agron Çelës dhe bashkëshortes së tij, Belma Çela, për veprën penale “Shkatërrim i veprave kulturore”, e kryer në bashkëpunim, parashikuar nga neni 160 i Kodit Penal.
Gjatë kohës kur Çela ushtronte detyrën e deputetit, në vitin 2016, kompania “Xhenis-Sh” Shpk në pronësi të tij, fitoi me vendim të këshillit kombëtar të restaurimeve, restaurimin e “Kafes së Madhe”, projektuar nga arkitekti Kolë Idromeno, objekti më i rëndësishëm i kategorisë 1 në Shkodër.
Në vitin 2021, nga inspektimet e KLSH rezultonte se objekti ishte shembur pjesërisht.
Nga ky objekt historik qëndronte në këmbë vetëm fasada kryesore.
