Capt. Alfred Peza since June 2023, when he was put in charge of the RTSH, has carried out a campaign of terror against employees, with mass dismissals, but also with constant pressure on the few who returned their word.
Only in the first months, when he was appointed, the captain started to remove people from work with a drop of the pencil, reaching up to 300 laid off, whom Peza took out on the street.
But what is the financial damage caused by Captain Alfred Peza to the state with these flagrant violations of the Labor Code?
All those dismissed from work, with the decisions of the writer of horror novels, Enkelejd Lamaj, whom the captain has appointed Legal Director, are automatically winners of the trials that open for unilateral termination of employment contracts. Each of them will win, after the trial, a compensation of at least 20 salaries, which is damage to the state and will be paid from citizens' taxes. It is learned that the court has started to give justice to many of the employees.
The financial damage that Captain Alfred Peza causes to the state is estimated at millions of euros.
It seems that Mr. "1 million euros", known by everyone for his greedy thefts, does not get a thorn in his leg, and despite being removed as a populist smiling at all the employees, on the other hand, he can't get enough of signing dismissal letters from work.
'They eat his hands', as he himself said when he threatened employees face to face.
Now under his orders, in addition to his pet, 26-year-old Bora Xhanija, whom he has commanded as the most important director of Programming, the maniacal captain has also recently appointed the new director of Production, gym instructor Dik Daci, who was catapulted to this position because of loyalty and because he blindly signs wherever the captain asks.
With Dik Daci's firms, this week alone, 20 people appeared before the 'evaluation commission' in one day, while reports are signed every day for others, who are already expected to join the group of those who have been laid off.
The damage that will be caused to the state by these arbitrary layoffs is colossal. Not to mention Captain Freddie's mega-heist with the Song Festival. Or even his most recent act, the opening of a private restaurant/canteen within the premises of RTSH, without a contract and transparent procedures where at least the prices at which the premises were rented should be made public, whether or not they are according to reference and for how many years?
But Capt. Peza has a mind to fill his pockets, since for a long time he has been pressuring the employees not to dare to leave the institution, but to stay only in the menagerie that he has opened for them.
With this damage of millions of euros that the captain causes to the state, with the High Control of the State investigating the Fund of the Song Festival and with other thefts and colossal abuses he has made, the captain's ear will be pulled from above.

The least that the Steering Council of RTSH has done is that it has not approved the directors that Peza has proposed, nor the budget that it has requested, so it is acting in complete illegitimacy.
A part of the employees whom he unjustly dismissed from their jobs, have addressed to SPAK with a lawsuit against Captain Peza, while the findings of the KLSH from the inspection carried out in February regarding the theft of the Festival are also awaited.
But captain Alfred Peza, even after pulling the ear, has his days numbered, and is one foot away. But not only that, as it must also be subject to SPAK. / Pamphlet
