There is no need to make comments, to prove the thefts that have been doing for 3 years to the funds of the Albanian Olympic Committee, the leader Fidel Ylli, known to justice as the Fidel of cocaine, towers, laundromat banks and the mafia business of betting and casinos.
Evidence of thefts with fictitious tenders every week and month are documented in the finance department of the Albanian Olympic Committee, in the State Treasury, in the budget of the Ministry of Education that provided the funds and in the Procurement Agency, where everything is proven.
On June 24, 2014, Fidel Ylli announced that he had bought a mobile studio, to conduct sports talks on behalf of KOKSH, with a contract value of 243 thousand Euros signed by him on June 14, 2024, given without competition to the company "URT Sh .pk".
The fact that this tender contract for the purchase of a moving studio was signed by Fidel Ylli on June 14, 2024, when Fidel himself was in Germany as part of the official sports delegation to attend the Albania-Italy meeting, is impressive.
It is not known, which "excellent girl" of the management staff of KOKSH signed on behalf of Fidel Ylli for this tender, or Fidel himself signed the contract before the announcement of the winner for the mobile studio, as he always did with the predetermination of the companies that were has given billions.
But there is a document that proves that on June 18, 2024, Fidel Ylli announced another fictitious tender worth 360 thousand Euros, for the construction of a media studio within the premises of the Albanian Olympic Committee, for broadcasting and commenting on the activities of school sports teams.
This tender has also been filed as theft, according to the Albanian Olympic Committee, there is a multimedia studio for conversations and live broadcasts, called the "Live Stream" channel, financed as a donation of 900 thousand USD by the International Olympic Committee, while in total over 2 years recently, Fideli has made 21 million Euro fictitious tenders with the funds given to him by the government.
