So far, the commission has interrogated only 1 KLSH official, who headed the audit group of the Check-up concession, but his testimony was interrupted by the SP commissioners, when he published the forgeries of Vilma Nushi, with over 400 thousands of tests not performed and paid for.
The irritation of the PS commissioners went to the extreme, with the abandonment of the meeting, when the KLSH auditor published facts that proved that Vilma Nushi's frauds were paid by the Health Care Fund with fake lists and invoices, but also with documents that proved the concession was granted in violation of the law by Prime Minister Edi Rama and former minister Ilir Beqja.
In 3 months, the investigative commission of the Check-up could not even finish the procedure of questioning 1 witness, when in the decision dated March 25, 2024, it was decided that on June 10, 2024, the questioning of 16 witnesses would be completed and the transition to drafting of the relationship until July 21.
But the deputy commissioners of the SP, between them and Milva Ekonomi who has signed the two contracts for the Check-up and Sterilization of surgical equipment, are implementing Bablok's scenario, so that the witnesses are not questioned, since Edi Rama and Ilir Beqja are also on the list. , Ogerta Manastirliu, Geraldina Prodani, Anila Denaj and concessionaire Vilma Nushi.
The scheme for the failure of the Check-up parliamentary investigative commission is so obvious and obvious that SP deputies did not go to the meeting on June 19, with the excuse that they had gone to Germany to watch the matches of the national team.
The goal is that this investigation does not end within the July 21 deadline, while after the summer vacation, even if the parliament decides to extend the deadline by another 4 months, the deadlock will continue until December, when according to the Constitution, investigative commissions are not allowed 4 months before elections, but the 1-year term of the Check-up concession also ends.
This is enough to understand that the government and the parliament have fallen on their knees before Vilma Nushi, who, in addition to the Check-up concession worth 130 million Euros, has also received 210 million Euro tenders during the 10 years of SP power.
