Fideli made the first tender for the purchase of school uniforms, bags and sports sneakers on August 8, 2023 and signed the contract on September 12, with a contract value of 1 billion 360 thousand ALL, when the lowest offer was 1 billion ALL. or 360 million ALL less.
The second tender with the same object for the purchase of school uniforms, bags, socks and sports sneakers was held by Fidel Ylli on September 20, 2023, with a limit fund value of ALL 568 million with VAT, while on October 17, it was awarded with a contract value 556 million and 191 thousand ALL, or 98.7% of the limit fund.
Both tenders were awarded to the company "ARISA-CONFEKSION" Sh.pk, owned by Saimir Bidaj, friend of Fidel Ylli and Gaz Demi's bargain hunter and favorite of Bablok.
