Babloku has ordered Minister Taulant Balla to dismiss Adrian Kon after the KLSH report that revealed over 100 million Euros of damage and theft; while in his place, Director of Seized and Confiscated Assets, Ardi Veliu will be appointed...
The financial crimes that KLSH discovered at the Agency of Seized Assets in the Ministry of the Interior, have horrified the director Adrian Koni, who is a contingent of justice, convicted for the disappearance of 17 billion lek, when he was the head of customs debt collection.
Two days after the publication of the evidence, the director Adrian Koni deleted all the data of the seized properties that he sold, leased, donated to institutions and disappeared, that he allegedly put out of use and returned without judicial decisions.
After deleting the data, the director Adrian Koni, officially caught with theft by the high state audit, has also blocked the official website of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Agency and its electronic communication addresses.
His mind is lying, that by erasing the official records of these assets, he will disappear the traces and evidence of the thefts that he has done during the 2 years as director of seized and confiscated assets.
But director Adriani, part of the "Shijaku-Sukthi" group of cocaine traffic and smuggling of drinks, cigarettes and cars; has forgotten that the data of seized assets are in the databases of SPAK, the Special Court, the Prosecutor's Office, the State Police and the Ministry of Finance.
Director Adrian Koni has only left the agency's "FB" page open, where he publishes only the videos and messages published by Edi Rama, Minister Taulant Balla, Chief Police Officer Muhamet Rrumbullaku and the Chairman of the SP Parliamentary Group, Bledar Çuçi, the former Minister of the Interior who, by order of the crime bosses, appointed him director of assets and left him free ground to steal.
The damage that director Adrian Koni has caused to the state is over 100 million Euros, with these indicators of economic crime: 25% of the seized assets have been returned to groups of exponents of crime, without prosecution orders and without court decisions.
Almost 50% of the properties were rented to crime exponents at 60% less than the market value; while 287 cars, land, land, premises, apartments and villas were sold at auctions at prices 30-40% of the market value, using fictitious buyers.
Based on the evidence, KLSH has asked the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, to dismiss the director Adrian Koni and permanently exclude him from the civil service of the state administration.

We do not know if Minister Taulant Balla will report this director also to SPAK, for the damage and theft of 100 million Euros from rents, sales, the return without prosecution and court decisions and the disappearance of 24 seized luxury cars; but "Pamphlet" has information that Babloku has ordered Minister Balla to dismiss him and to appoint Ardi Veliu in his place./ Pamphlet
