KLSH asks Minister Taulant Balla to dismiss this director from office, even with the numerous and serious evidence of the economic and financial crimes he has committed with the confiscated assets, the Ministry of the Interior itself should report him to SPAK, as this thief and collaborator of criminals , there is also a criminal file convicted in Durrës, for the disappearance of 17 billion lek when he was the head of customs debt collection...
A serious economic-financial crime scandal over 100 million Euros has involved the central dome of the Ministry of the Interior, made public by KLSH, through its final audit report in September 2023.
The character of this affair is Adrian Koni, for 2 years appointed by Bledar Çuçi to the position of Director of the Agency of Assets Seized and Confiscated by individuals and criminal groups of corruption; a fact that proves that the Ministry of the Interior during the time of Bledar Çuç was immersed in corruption even with the seized assets.
Together with the report of evidence of the economic-financial crime, which Adrian Koni has done with the confiscated assets, KLSH has asked the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, to immediately dismiss this "monster" director and permanently exclude him from the civil service of the state .
But Minister Balla is not dismissing director Adrian Koni, although by order of this director, an "icon" of corruption and crimes, 25% of the seized assets have been returned to groups of exponents of crime, without a prosecution order or court decision.
While nearly 50% of the confiscated assets that have passed into the ownership of the state, have been given back to exponents of crime with symbolic rent; 287 cars, land, land, premises, apartments and villas were sold to them at auctions at prices 30-40% of the market value, using fictitious buyers.
Not only for the dismissal, but also for the arrest of this forgery director, thief and collaborator of criminal groups, the fact that he has disappeared 24 luxury cars from the inventory of seizures, 11 of which have a minimum value of 30-40 thousand Euros each, is enough, while 13 with a maximum value of 90-100 thousand Euros each.
Another fact: During the years 2021-2022, 196 cars were confiscated, but the director Adrian Koni has valued only 20 of them with a total value of 350 million old ALL.
In the same way, he gave 37 cars to state institutions, while 139 confiscated luxury cars, director Adrian Koni left them without a price assessment card, in order to sell them at auction at low prices.
Instead of the day of the release of the KLSH report, the director Adrian Koni was arrested by the state police himself with a denunciation order from the Minister of the Interior who reports to him, he continues to be in office.

Even after the discovery of this economic-financial crime worth over 100 million Euros, director Adrian Koni announced 6 auctions for the sale of 15 cars, 8 villas, 28 apartments, 8 plots of land and the leasing of 54 commercial and residential units. in the coastal area Durrës, Kavajë, Lushnjë, Vlorë, Sarandë.
If KLSH has asked Minister Taulant Balla to dismiss him for thefts, frauds, forgeries with seized assets and their return to crime bosses, "Pamphlet" is reminding him of another fact.
According to Decision no. 138, dated May 14, 2014 of the Criminal College of the Supreme Court, it results that the Director Adrian Koni of the Ministry of the Interior, was sentenced by Decision no. 548, dated 20.10.2009 and Decision no. 205, dated 25.04.2012 of the Court of First Instance and Appeal in Durrës, after missing 17 billion ALL, when he was the head of the collection of customs debts from private companies, cooperating with the companies OLIM, DEKA, KURUM, PETROLIUM, BANANA - FRUIT, NOSHI, MIKI and 24 other businesses.
We specify that in 3 international meetings for the administration of seized and confiscated assets, director Adrian Koni on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior, has deceived SPAK, the FBI office, EUROPOL and EUROJUST in Tirana, the Committee Against Organized Crime with false figures. and the Ministry of Finance./ Pamphlet
