On October 12, 2023, DASH and the American State Treasury published the name of the lawyer Idajet Beqiri and his fake name Hidajet Beqiri, in the updated list of 110 people from all over the world, declared "Non grata" and ordered to seize assets that has inside and outside the US.
According to the US decision, lawyer Idajet Mane Beqiri, a member of the Chamber of Advocates-Tirana, is found to be involved in international financial fraud, trafficking of arms, drugs and human beings, creation of criminal organization and terrorist activity, using several false identities.
Motives and concrete evidence, that the US has declared "Non grata" the lawyer Idajet Beqiri, published "Pamphlet" on October 18, 2023; according to the file with serious criminal offenses that should take this lawyer back to prison.
Under the guise of a lawyer, there is evidence from Anti-crime, Anti-trafficking and SHISH, that Idajet Beqiri is connected to crime bosses as far as Mexico, not as a defense lawyer, but as an accomplice in the organization, commission and concealment of crimes and disappearance of evidence .
For this occasion, we are asking a question to Mr. Maksim Haxhia, Chairman of the National Chamber of Advocacy: - Will the license of the lawyer Idajet Beqiri, declared "non grata" by the USA for involvement in criminal activity with a structured group, be revoked? international terrorist activity?
Because the removal of his license is defined in Article 13 of Law No. 55/2018, dated July 23, 2018 "On the Profession of Lawyer", which states that no person sentenced to prison by a final decision can be licensed as a "Lawyer" or continue the journey of the "Lawyer" activity.
Lawyer Idajet Beqiri was convicted in July 1986 by a final decision from the 3 levels of the courts of Albania, for falsifying court decisions when he was the President of the Court in Krujë.
In the same way, the lawyer Idajet Beqiri has been arrested and sentenced to prison 5 times in Albania, Belgium, Germany and Kosovo for fraud, human trafficking, weapons and drugs in a structured criminal group and terrorist activity, for which 2 prison sentences are still in force in Belgium.
The removal of Idajet Beqirit's license is also based on Point "1" of Article 48 of the Statute of the Chamber of Advocates, which states: - A person who has been convicted of criminal offenses with terrorist intent, especially for criminal offenses provided for in articles 230, 230/a, 230/b, 231, 234/a, 234/b and 287 of the Criminal Code.
The criminal offenses for which Idajet Beqiri was convicted and declared "Non grata" by the USA are included in these articles of the Criminal Code, but even if he was not convicted, according to the Lawyer's Code of Ethics, the declaration "Non grata" is sufficient, which Idajet Beqiri's lawyer's license should be revoked./ Pamphlet
